Yesterday my mum and I took a trip up to London and I had bought her tickets to see On The Town at the Open Air Theatre in Regent's Park. The weather was beautiful and I'd just picked up some absolute bargains in the Mango sale so I thought I'd take the opportunity to fit in an outfit shoot whilst we were there. (Sidenote: the show was absolutely incredible; it's already my mum's favourite film and I love it too so we expected great things anyway, but the show exceeded our already high expectations and was simply wonderful.)
For this look, I wanted something comfortable for a day of walking but also something stylish. I had just got this wrap-round shirt in the Mango sale and I love it; the synched in waist makes it so flattering and it's chic silhouette makes any outfit a little more done up. I also got this navy, throw on blazer in the sale. It's very oversized and the material is loose and not structured like other blazers I own. I wanted something to be able to just chuck on with anything and this fits the bill perfectly. The last thing I picked up in the Mango sale were these amazing earrings; I'm a huge fan of statement earrings at the moment and have bought so many pairs recently- mostly from Mango as their selection is KILLING IT!
I got these ruffle leggings from River Island a little while ago and love them because they're so comfy but make an outfit look more put together due to the frills. Anything I can wear and feel comfortable but still look fashionable is a win for me!
Finally I put on my favourite shoes of the moment, these red Topshop loafers, for a pop of colour.
