I thought I'd do something a little different today and post a simple recipe. Recently, I've been trying to get healthy and eat better, so I decided to make this breakfast smoothie to kick start my healthy day.
To make this yummy berry smoothie, you will need;
- A handful of Blueberries
- A handful of Strawberries
- 3 table spoons of low fat Greek yoghurt
- a splash of semi-skimmed milk
- some Greek honey (amount is up to you, I personally like lots!)
- 2 table spoons of flax seed
Then you just need to pop it all in a blender and blend for about a minute on a medium setting for a smooth texture.
VoilĂ ! A healthy, yummy breakfast smoothie!
